Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of a Cane Corso Puppy at EVC

The Corso Valley thanks you for your trust in our breeding. The acquisition of one of our puppies implies acceptance of the following terms, designed to ensure the well-being of the animal and a satisfactory experience for its future owner.

Reservation and Payment Conditions

A puppy reservation is formalized through an advance payment, which is final and non-refundable.
If the buyer decides to postpone the purchase, the reservation will remain valid for a maximum period of 12 months.
After this time has elapsed without the purchase being finalized, the reservation will be void.

Puppy Health and Warranty

Each puppy is delivered with the corresponding health documentation, including:

Health card or passport
Registered identification microchip
Updated vaccinations and deworming
LOE (with which you can request the RSCE to transfer ownership and issue the pedigree)

Health Guarantee

The Corso Valley offers a one-year warranty against hereditary genetic diseases that significantly compromise the dog's quality of life or result in death.
In case of a confirmed diagnosis, the breeder will offer a replacement puppy with similar characteristics.
This warranty does not cover minor conditions, elective surgical procedures, or illnesses resulting from improper handling or external environmental factors.

Ownership and Responsibilities of the Buyer

The buyer agrees to provide the puppy with a suitable environment, ensuring its well-being and optimal development.
Any transfer, sale, or assignment of the dog to a third party must have the prior approval of El Valle del Corso, and sales to other breeders are strictly prohibited.
Reproduction of the animal between individuals is strictly prohibited as stipulated in the Animal Welfare Law 7/2023.

Ethics and Monitoring

The buyer agrees to ensure the dog's proper socialization, education, and well-being.
The use of the animal in illegal activities or in activities that harm its integrity or the reputation of El Valle del Corso is prohibited.
As part of our commitment to quality and ethics in breeding, the breeder may conduct periodic follow-up visits to verify the dog's condition.

Image Rights and Confidentiality

The use of the dog's image for commercial or promotional purposes requires prior authorization from the breeder.
Valle del Corso reserves the right to use photographs or videos of the puppy for informational, advertising, or promotional purposes, without any financial compensation to the buyer.
All private information provided by the breeder will be treated with absolute confidentiality.

Regulations and Consequences of Non-Compliance

Failure to comply with any of these terms may result in legal action and/or financial penalties, as appropriate.
The breeder will not be responsible for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, social conflicts or logistical difficulties.
The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold El Valle del Corso harmless in the event that its conduct or negligence causes harm to third parties or to the animal itself.

Acceptance of the Terms

By formalizing the reservation or purchase, the buyer declares that he or she has read and understood these conditions and accepts them in their entirety.
